E-gold founder, Douglas Jackson, 51, of Sheridan, Mont., was 4 times shot and killed Friday night on the Seventh Street ramp at East Seventh Avenue by off-duty County Deputy Daniel Montana Jr., police said.

A spokesman for the Jackson’s family told Fox 31 that the autopsy details show the shots came from 3 to 7 feet away and were fired at a level angle, not from someone lying on the ground.

The investigation is ongoing, said DA spokeswoman Pam Russell.

June was very bad for my money making quest. Two best and easiest money making sites went offline. First site was AdRaker, which I bay-the-way trusted most. Second one was Adventure11. After these two sites went down I was really angry and started to think about leaving money making community. My first reaction to all of this was that I stopped posting on my money making blog. After few days I gathered my thoughts and decided to move on. After all, this is all part of business. You never know how much you will earn with some site and how much will you lose on another site.

What went wrong?

First I received mail from AdRaker where they informed me that CEO Mr. Thomson died and because of that they are selling the site to another company, but not to worry because our earnings will still be intact. That was three weeks ago and site is still offline.

I already say goodbye to my 10$ earnings and move the site to scam category. It is really shame for AdRaker, because he had potential to become number one money making program.

Another site wasn't investment site, so basically I didn't lose any money there. Adventure11 was about surfing for surprises site. You had to surf minimum of 11 sites a day and wait for money surfing surprise. It was really easy money.

Here is mail I received from administrator of Adventure11:

Adventure11 is closed!

Although the plan was to correct all problems and re-launch during August, this will no longer happen. Adventure11 has incurred a considerable amount of debt and the cost required to correct the problems and re-build the system is far greater than anticipated. A decision was required to either invest more funds into the project in order to continue or to cut losses and close Adventure11. The latter has been chosen. Adventure11 will not re-open in the future.

Adventure11 was extremely powerful with huge potential but it didn't work out the way that was expected. This is very unfortunate for all involved.

Sorry to those who did not win any cash and we are extremely sorry to those who paid for advertising. How many of you, remember the biggest autosurf scam program, that scammed a lot of people few months ago? Let me help you that were Wired Surf. Back then they stated that closing of the program lied in collapse of Storm Pay. That was partially true, but they left many wired members strand of their money. There where few of them who manifest that Wired Surf owing them several thousand dollars.

It was April, 2007 when Wired Surf got back on the scene with promise to stay in the autosurf industry for a long time. Eventually to return money to all investors who lost their money first time (after collapse of Storm Pay). It all looked fine, because members were paid regularly and Wired Surf started to gain trust, which resulted in huge member expansion.

First problems start too occurred after e-gold was indicted. Page suddenly had a lot of problems and finally they stated: "because of e-gold was indicted our account was wiped out and we stayed without all founds". That strike me like a bomb! I couldn't believe that all happen again. I know it was my mistake, because I believe them again despite knowing all about previous scam.

The most interesting is their statement about e-gold account was wiped out. After e-gold indictment a lot of scam admin used the same excuse to run away with investor’s money. One of them, admin of please-invest program robed all members of his site and declared funniest statement I had ever heard.

Statement of please-invest admin:

Round 1 of Please Invest is now complete and we will be starting round 2 tomorrow. All accounts have been credited with a 100% loss. All withdrawals have been cancelled and everything is set and ready to go again. This time, Please Invest will operate with the strictest of rules and will not experience such problems as it did during round 1. Round 2 will be entirely backed by real investment activities and will not be a ponzi.

When I read it I couldn't believe it. After scamming people who trusted him, he decided to open second round of scam. We can describe parallel between these two programs. Wired Surf stuff announced opening of new program in June and please-invest admin also announced his second round. I think that is outrageous for all site members who lost money in one of those programs. Instead laying low they are preparing to scam as again and this is the reason for writing this post. Don't let those scammers to scam again!!!
